What is a Traineeship?
Traineeships provide employees of all ages and skill sets with the opportunity to gain a Nationally Recognised Qualification. Trainees combine work with on the job training, supported by our Qualified Trainers and Assessors. Combinations of training delivery can include:
- on the job training
- mentoring
- work based experiences
- on-line / computer based training
- specialist three hour workshops
